The Staff Technical Program Manager will drive program execution in SRE, enhance production reliability, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across teams. Responsibilities include managing program scope, leading incident response, and building scalable systems to support MongoDB's cloud products.

Lead M&A integrations from LOI through post-close: translate deal thesis into integration goals, run the Integration Management Office, build playbooks and Day 1/Day 100 plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, track KPIs and synergies, support talent and change management, and standardize integration tools and governance.

Lead global payroll transformation projects, drive process standardization and system integrations (e.g., SuccessFactors), perform root cause analysis, manage cross-functional stakeholders, develop business cases, deliver metrics and reporting, ensure compliance and audit readiness, and build team capability to improve payroll scalability, accuracy, and employee experience.
