Found and establish the Technical Program Management function for the HealthShare platform. Own cross-team dependencies, product-engineering-quality-release handoffs, launch and release readiness, risk communication, Jira and Confluence tracking standards, and leadership visibility. The role requires building scalable operating models and processes for technically complex managed and cloud services while maintaining strong communication with engineers and executives.

Lead and operate the InterSystems Partner Program by evaluating processes, systems, and tools, implementing automation and operational improvements, managing partner governance and onboarding, developing metrics and reports, analyzing partner performance, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to improve partner engagement and program scalability.

Manage and deliver risk, compliance, and cybersecurity projects across the organization. Own scope, schedule, costs, risks, change control, and reporting. Use InterSystems and standard tools (AI tools, MS Project, MS Office, JIRA, Confluence). Lead compliance improvements, planning sessions, lessons-learned activities, third-party coordination, and promote AI-enabled solutions while ensuring alignment with security and regulatory requirements.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Healthcare Solutions, define implementation strategy, manage scope, budget, timeline, partners and governance, ensure go-live, customer value, and transition to operations while producing project artifacts and reports.
