Lead and scale delivery operations for large, live education programs. Manage 1-2 layers of staff, own end-to-end program launches and live course streams, author playbooks and runbooks, ensure data-driven interventions, and maintain delivery quality and retention across formats and large cohorts.

Own and maintain the master program plan for Claude Corps, run cross-functional cadence and stakeholder communications, manage external partner relationships, codify scalable processes and tooling, and produce executive reporting to ensure timely cohort launches and program growth.
