Lead implementations and ongoing programs for AcuityMD's largest strategic enterprise customers. Coordinate sales, solutions, engineering, and customer success to scope, configure, integrate (CRM/ERP/data lakes), test, and transition customers. Serve as escalation and strategic partner, drive revenue-generating professional services, improve playbooks, and ensure timely resolution of technical and operational blockers while building executive relationships.
