Lead complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through adoption. Build integrated plans, manage scope/budget/risks, produce executive-ready status narratives, drive stakeholder alignment, and implement PMO standards. Apply AI productivity tools to increase delivery velocity, pilot emerging tools, and support change readiness and continuous improvement across the PMO.

Lead and execute change enablement strategies for Fleet initiatives, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, adoption measurement, and cross-functional alignment. Partner with business leaders and L&D to identify capability gaps, advise on best practices, facilitate workshops, monitor adoption metrics, and drive continuous improvement of change methodologies. Support sponsorship activities and lead special strategic projects.
