The Senior Lead Product Manager will drive the product strategy for Klaviyo's Enterprise platform, focusing on unifying customer data, AI-driven automation, and ecosystem integrations. They will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure enterprise needs are met while balancing long-term strategy with immediate delivery.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Klaviyo's channel infrastructure and mobile ecosystems (iOS, Android, SDKs). Manage cross-functional teams, own end-to-end product lifecycle, drive scalability and performance for email, push, in-app, and other messaging channels, mentor product managers, and partner with platform stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Lead the vision, roadmap, and execution for Klaviyo's Data Ingestion Platform. Define ingestion strategy for high-volume sources, partner with engineering and SRE to modernize pipelines, improve observability and reliability, institutionalize AI/automation, set success metrics, and drive architectural simplification and cross-org alignment to scale data ingestion and improve pipeline health.

This role involves owning the strategy for Platform Integrity & Protection, managing account security and organization models, and ensuring cross-functional alignment to support enterprise needs.
