The role establishes enterprise standards, KPIs, launch-readiness criteria, data requirements, and decision rights across product development, engineering, manufacturing, finance, supply, service, and commercialization. It drives continuous improvement, digital systems enablement, partner alignment, and adoption of process changes across a global matrixed organization.

Lead design and build of a scalable operating architecture for Bose Audio Technology: define end-to-end customer lifecycle, establish systems/processes/governance, align Sales/Engineering/Delivery, develop business operations infrastructure (billing, usage tracking, licensing), embed customer-centric metrics, and build a high-performing team to scale platform-driven B2B operations.
