Own and improve recurring Business Development workflows, including deal-process coordination, CRM management, reporting, dashboards, meeting operations, leadership materials, and cross-functional initiative tracking. The role will implement process improvements, AI tools, and automations while maintaining data quality and documentation. It partners with BD leadership, Product, Tech, BizOps, and R&D to improve operational efficiency and support deal-flow execution.
