Lead global event-air operations, unify Navan and Reed & Mackay teams, define target operating model, partner with Product and Engineering to migrate offline workflows to Navan platform, drive service quality, commercial performance, workforce planning, and continuous performance improvement.

Provides high-touch business travel consulting and reservation services across air, rail, car rental, hotel, ferry, black car, and charter bookings. Manages client portfolios, applies travel policies, identifies savings, supports online and offline booking tools, maintains service-level agreements, and builds lasting client relationships. The role requires strong business travel knowledge, GDS expertise, exceptional communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Navan and R&M technology.

Lead pre-sales scoping and embed operational experts into late-stage enterprise sales to simplify service tiers, protect margins, enforce scoping integrity, publish pre-sales collateral, and govern pre-sales metrics. Partner with Product, Pricing, Sales, and Enablement to translate operations into commercial narratives and reduce onboarding friction while advancing AI-first capabilities.
