Provides phone and email technical support for Bevi beverage machines, troubleshooting routine and non-routine issues, guiding installations and maintenance, answering warranty and contract questions, initiating part RMAs, and scheduling service calls. The role also identifies customer opportunities, routes sales leads, manages tickets, analyzes trends, and recommends process improvements to internal teams and engineering stakeholders.

Lead GTM operations and analytics for Revenue leadership: run weekly and quarterly business cadences, build executive dashboards, evaluate GTM and marketing effectiveness, model scenarios, and drive cross-functional execution. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and GTM Engineering to ensure data integrity, report performance, and mentor junior RevOps team members to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
