Provides tier 2 and tier 3 on-site IT support for Windows and Apple environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting networks, client/server systems, desktops, applications, peripherals, and escalated incidents; managing hardware and software inventory; developing standard configurations; supporting Office moves; documenting solutions; mentoring support staff; and participating in 24/7 on-call rotation.
