The Sr. Manager of GTM Incentive Compensation will lead the design and management of compensation programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and operational accuracy. Responsibilities include overseeing incentive plans, managing a team, and maintaining financial integrity in compensation operations.

Provide high-level support to multiple senior Product, Design, and Data leaders: manage complex calendars, coordinate cross-functional meetings, plan domestic and international travel, run logistics for offsites and reviews, manage executive communications and confidential information, improve processes, track action items, and support special projects to enable leadership effectiveness.
