Lead cross-functional People programs including M&A people workstreams, HR budgeting, OKR strategy and tracking, and high-impact talent initiatives. Build governance, dashboards, and executive reporting while partnering with Finance, Legal, Compliance, HRBPs, TA, and L&D to drive organizational readiness, integration, and performance.

Lead end-to-end employee relations cases including investigations, documentation, and resolutions. Advise managers, partner with Legal/Compliance, improve ER policies and processes, and use data to identify trends and mitigate risk across the organization.
