Coordinates the end-to-end candidate experience across hiring processes, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, applicant tracking system updates, pipeline monitoring, offer contract preparation, and handoffs to People Operations. Partners with recruiters and hiring managers in a high-volume, remote environment while maintaining accurate records, improving workflows, protecting confidentiality, and representing GitLab’s values and culture.

Lead and conduct sensitive workplace investigations, advise leaders on complex team member relations and performance management, partner with Legal and People Business Partners, develop and revise policies, analyze case trends, and support proactive programs to reduce risk and improve team member experience across a global, distributed organization.

Own and architect the TA technology stack: ATS configuration, integrations, and vendor management. Build, deploy, and monitor AI agents and automation workflows. Lead AI governance, bias auditing, compliance reviews, and enablement for recruiters. Drive roadmap, RFPs, and incident response for TA systems while providing performance reporting and documentation.
