Owns learning operations and delivery across the company, including intake, prioritization, LMS administration, reporting, compliance, integrations, vendor management, content lifecycle, facilitation, and program measurement. Translates business needs into scalable learning solutions, partners with stakeholders and subject matter experts, and improves learner experiences through automation, system enhancements, feedback, and data-driven insights.

Lead WHOOP’s global Total Rewards strategy, including compensation, equity, incentives, executive pay, recognition, and benefits. Build scalable systems, analytics, governance, and processes supporting growth and international expansion. Advise executives, the Board, and Compensation Committee using market and workforce data, while partnering with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders. Ensure competitive, equitable, compliant programs across regions and align rewards with organizational performance and talent outcomes.

Leads WHOOP’s technical recruiting strategy and organization across engineering, product, data science, AI/ML, hardware, and other technical functions. Responsibilities include managing and developing recruiters, workforce planning, executive partnership, recruiting metrics, scalable interview processes, employer branding, talent pipelines, stakeholder advising, and implementing recruiting technologies and AI-enabled workflows. The role requires hands-on execution, strategic leadership, and relocation to the Boston office.
