The Head of Leadership Search will lead global leadership hiring, establish hiring strategies, manage an executive search team, and partner with executive leadership.

Manage semi-monthly US payroll for 3,000+ employees using Workday; process hires/terminations/status changes, garnishments, 401(k) feeds, equity transactions, and resolve payroll discrepancies. Support Canada and Latin America administratively, collaborate with Finance, SOX and 401(k) auditors, maintain payroll records, run audits, and respond to payroll/tax inquiries.

Responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, sourcing qualified talent, screening candidates, negotiating offers, and enhancing the recruitment process while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

As a Business Recruiting Coordinator, you will organize interviews, manage job postings, provide excellent candidate experiences, train interviewers, and support onboarding efforts, all while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Partner with People, Recruiting, and business leaders to design and execute compensation strategy for technical and G&A teams. Advise on offers, maintain job catalog, analyze market and equity trends, support modeling/reporting, and recommend improvements to ensure competitive, scalable total rewards.
