Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Audit, executives, and external vendors while improving processes, dashboards, metrics, and service levels. Support executive offers and onboarding, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compensation programs align with market practices, company strategy, and regulatory requirements.

Lead enterprise talent management strategy and multi-year priorities. Design, pilot, implement, and scale talent practices that improve assessment, development, deployment, and retention. Partner with senior HR and business leaders, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, integrate AI and automation, establish success metrics, and translate organizational trends into actionable enterprise insights and recommendations.

Leads Talent Management system strategy and Lattice configuration, customization, enablement, change readiness, and continuous improvement.
