As a Senior Go-to-Market Recruiter, you'll lead the recruitment process for Sales and Marketing roles, collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You'll develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate tracking, and participate in cross-functional projects to enhance recruitment and diversity initiatives.

Own day-to-day learning operations and the LMS (including Workday Learning), run onboarding and mentorship programs, coordinate workshops, manage compliance training and L&D budget, create multi-format learning content, and drive system and process improvements for a global employee audience.
