Supports the global Talent Acquisition team through interview coordination, co-op recruiting, candidate screening and funnel management, onsite candidate logistics, process improvement, employer branding, and ATS data and pipeline reporting. The role requires strong organization, communication, initiative, and interest in talent acquisition. It is a six-month Boston-based co-op for Northeastern students eligible for co-op credit.
