Lead full-cycle recruiting for Klaviyo's go-to-market teams in the Boston region: source passive candidates, manage end-to-end hiring, close offers, use analytics and AI tools to improve processes, build relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and maintain exceptional candidate experience.

As a Manager of People Technology at Klaviyo, you will oversee Workday modules, enhance user experience, improve systems through AI, and lead projects. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, managing compliance, coaching team members, and driving system optimizations.

Lead HR strategy for R&D as primary HRBP to VP+ leaders (CPO, CTO, CIO). Drive org design, succession, hiring strategy, leadership development, and AI-driven transformation. Build and coach an HRBP team, use people analytics to inform decisions, and partner across People functions to scale processes and measure impact.
