Serve as the People organization's central integrator, translating strategy into operating plans, driving annual and quarterly planning, coordinating leadership meetings, leading transformation projects, and enabling the CPO with executive materials, data-driven insights, AI-enabled solutions, change management, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
