Resolve complex cases, partner with Payroll/Finance, support benefits and policy administration, perform quality controls and SOX-related audit support, and drive process improvements and automation using AI-enabled solutions.

Lead Flywire's global People technology strategy, own Workday HCM, build people analytics and executive dashboards, optimize HR processes through automation and governance, and drive cross-functional digital transformation and change management to improve employee experience and operational excellence.

Execute Flywire's Job Architecture operationalization: coordinate job mapping, leveling, career ladder development, vendor management, change management, and compensation benchmarking. Provide day-to-day compensation support, market analysis, and process improvements during a 9-12 month contract, working closely with stakeholders and HR systems teams.
