Lead design, implementation, and management of global benefits, wellness, and leave programs. Build financial models, analyze utilization and costs, manage vendors/brokers, optimize leave workflows, run open enrollment and communications, and ensure cross-functional compliance with international labor and statutory requirements.

Manage end-to-end global equity and ESPP operations, optimize and automate stock plan systems, ensure SOX/compliance and ASC 718 accuracy, partner with Legal/Finance/Tax, support executives on equity reporting, and run employee equity education programs.
