Lead design and execution of base pay, incentive, and equity programs; conduct market benchmarking and compliance reviews; manage annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles; advise executives and HRBPs on complex pay decisions; oversee equity administration and Compensation Committee support; build and lead a high-performing compensation team and communications initiatives to drive alignment and scalability.

The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will lead the TA function, partner with executives on talent strategies, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience, while building long-term talent pipelines and improving TA operations.
