The Benefits Analyst will oversee and administer North America Benefits programs, manage leave and disability cases, educate employees, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance benefit offerings.

Lead design and execution of base pay, incentive, and equity programs; conduct market benchmarking and compliance reviews; manage annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles; advise executives and HRBPs on complex pay decisions; oversee equity administration and Compensation Committee support; build and lead a high-performing compensation team and communications initiatives to drive alignment and scalability.
