Own global sales enablement across onboarding, continuous training, methodology adoption, content, launch readiness, and data-driven program optimization. Partner with sales leadership, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and sellers to improve ramp time, pipeline execution, win rates, and quota attainment. Build dashboards, manage enablement tools and vendors, develop playbooks, and deliver executive impact reviews. The role requires sales credibility, instructional design expertise, analytical ability, and strong program execution.
