Lead technical strategy for production database and storage systems, architect and implement cloud database/storage solutions (self-managed and AWS managed), drive reliability, observability, scalability, security, lead incident response and DR drills, mentor engineers, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
