Lead hardware reliability efforts for VBAT flight hardware: implement design-for-reliability, run environmental and stress tests (HALT/HASS, temperature cycling, vibration), perform failure analysis and root-cause investigations, support FMEA/design reviews, shape materials and manufacturing requirements, analyze field/test data with reliability models, and drive corrective actions and process improvements.

Develop test plans, coordinate pre/flight/post activities, collect telemetry, troubleshoot systems, validate requirements, document results, and improve test processes while supporting maintenance and range operations.

Support environmental and stress testing, failure analysis, and reliability assessments for VBAT flight hardware. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and suppliers to implement design-for-reliability practices, participate in FMEAs and design reviews, analyze test and field data, and develop corrective actions and process improvements. Use data tools (e.g., Python) and occasionally travel to support testing or supplier engagements.

Develop and scale high-performance, deterministic aircraft subsystem models and simulation tooling in C++. Build infrastructure for automated testing (HITL/SITL, CI/CD), implement unit/system/regression tests, perform model verification and validation, analyze system performance, and collaborate with autonomy, embedded, GNC, and test teams to ensure simulation fidelity to real aircraft.

Design, build, and scale high-performance deterministic aircraft subsystem models and simulation infrastructure in C++. Implement tests, V&V, and faster-than-real-time simulation tools. Collaborate with autonomy, embedded, GNC, and test teams, perform system performance analysis, and produce reports and visualizations to support aircraft development and automated flight qualification.

Design and integrate avionics electro-mechanical systems from concept to production, including packaging, harnesses, thermal and structural analysis, EMI/EMC compliance, PCB interfacing, validation, failure analysis, and flight test readiness while collaborating cross-functionally.

Design and implement tactical autonomy algorithms and high-performance software for unmanned air/land/sea platforms. Build behavior architectures, integrate classical and learning-based methods, run simulations and field tests, analyze mission data, and support defense programs and deployments.

Own selection, qualification, and lifecycle management of electronic components. Manage PLM data, AML/AVL, PCNs/EOL mitigation, BOM reviews, vendor lists, alternate sourcing, and supplier technical engagement to ensure reliability and supply continuity.
