The Senior SDET develops and maintains automated tests, expands quality coverage, and supports CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and SonarQube. The role validates web applications, APIs, performance, integrations, and system behavior while promoting Agile QA practices. It also explores AI-assisted testing, evaluates AI/ML quality tools, troubleshoots system issues, reviews requirements and release documentation, and collaborates across teams to support high-quality releases.

Lead and grow an engineering team (up to 12), own kanban-based delivery, translate business priorities into measurable outcomes, recruit and develop engineers, model AI-native practices, partner with Principal Engineer on technical direction, and maintain clarity and accountability across stakeholders.
