Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud applications using declarative and programmatic solutions. Build Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and integrations with external systems. Troubleshoot performance and integration issues, follow Salesforce best practices, participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and Agile ceremonies, and lead demos and design reviews as needed.
