The Lead Industrial Designer will spearhead design efforts for automotive programs, collaborating with internal teams and OEM partners to create compelling in-car audio experiences while guiding design intent throughout production phases. Responsibilities include presenting ideas, managing technical inputs, and aligning teams toward strategic design goals.

Lead industrial design from concept through mass production for consumer audio products. Collaborate with engineering, PM, marketing, UX/UI, CMF, and manufacturing to deliver production-ready solutions. Drive cross-functional alignment, balance design intent with technical, cost, and schedule constraints, create presentations, renderings, CAD, and prototypes, and manage multiple projects while upholding high craft and quality standards.

Assist in researching materials, develop color palettes, support product development meetings, and organize CMF materials. Engage in design concepts and trends in CMF.
