Conduct interviews and testing, collaborate with product managers and engineers, design accessible workflows and edge cases, prototype concepts, and contribute to reusable design-system patterns. The role requires independent ownership, strong UX and visual craft, clear communication, and active participation in design critique and cross-functional collaboration.
