The Principal Consultant serves as a strategic advisor to Power and Renewables clients, driving product adoption, workflow integration, training, engagement, renewals, and retention. Responsibilities include developing account strategies, presenting analytics, facilitating onboarding and learning events, identifying stakeholders and business value drivers, gathering product feedback, supporting sales pursuits, and expanding client relationships. The role requires knowledge of the energy transition and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse client audiences.
