Lead and develop an Account Management team responsible for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell. Drive predictable renewal and expansion processes, forecast and mitigate commercial risk, act as escalation for high-risk deals, partner cross-functionally, and build playbooks while hiring and mentoring top talent. Manage own quota in a player/coach capacity.

Own end-to-end onboarding for Catalog Transformer customers from kickoff through launch, delivering training, implementation workshops, and product demos. Act as primary post-sales advisor, coordinate cross-functional teams, remove blockers, document playbooks, leverage AI/automation to improve onboarding efficiency, and support expansion and sales opportunities.
