Provide advanced customer-facing support for Invoiced across email, phone, and chat. Diagnose integrations and payment issues using logs and APIs, escalate complex cases, lead client calls, assist implementation and success teams, and contribute to documentation as the product SME.

Manage customer upgrades to the combined Flywire-Sertifi system, promote adoption, deliver training/onboarding, run webinars, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support. Use Salesforce, ChurnZero, and Zendesk to track interactions, identify growth opportunities, and ensure account health throughout the transition.

First-line technical support for hospitality and e-commerce customers: resolve high-volume tickets, troubleshoot using logs/DataDog/dev tools, escalate with replication steps, produce documentation/SOPs, track escalations, and support calls/training while maintaining quality and volume targets.

The Sr. Implementation Consultant will be responsible for implementing student receivable and eCommerce solutions, ensuring client satisfaction through training and support, and contributing to product vision and documentation.
