Provide client-facing technical leadership for InterSystems IRIS and HealthShare environments. Advise customers on architecture, development patterns, migrations, upgrades, operational best practices, and technical debt reduction. Troubleshoot complex issues, support adoption and beta programs, contribute to training, document resolutions, and recommend product improvements. The role requires strong healthcare interoperability expertise, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and experience with InterSystems technologies and implementation processes.
