Serve as the technical subject matter expert, oversee system health and access controls, create architecture documentation, and contribute to marketing technology roadmaps and reusable delivery assets.

Configure and implement Adobe Workfront solutions for clients, including dashboards, reports, templates, workflows, Fusion automation, integrations, and documentation. Conduct discovery sessions, troubleshoot configurations, perform quality assurance, recommend enhancements, and provide client training and ongoing technical support. Serve as a liaison between technical and business teams while promoting information security, privacy, and data protection practices.

Leads enterprise digital and AI transformation engagements, advising C-suite stakeholders, shaping strategies and operating models, developing roadmaps and business cases, and guiding multidisciplinary consulting teams. Drives pre-sales, business development, strategic pursuits, workshops, stakeholder alignment, and client presentations. Advances consulting methodologies and thought leadership while mentoring junior staff and supporting organizational change and technology adoption.

Owns delivery-level client relationships for enterprise data warehouse engagements, translating CIO and business stakeholder needs into prioritized use cases, requirements, dashboard standards, and remediation priorities.
