Own high-severity agentic AI escalations and drive at-risk enterprise deployments to successful outcomes. Design resilient architectures involving LLMs, RAG, multi-agent orchestration, integrations, guardrails, and governance. Advise executives, lead cross-functional technical resolutions, mentor engineers, create reusable playbooks and reference architectures, and translate field issues into product improvements. The role requires deep hands-on AI expertise, enterprise architecture experience, executive communication, and 15+ years of technical leadership.
