Strategic Engagement Manager, RevPro
Zuora is a SaaS company and the world’s foremost evangelist of the Subscription Economy®. Zuora’s leading subscription relationship management platform helps enable businesses in any industry to launch or shift products to subscription, implement new pay-as-you-go pricing and packaging models, gain new insights into subscriber behavior, open new revenue streams, and disrupt market segments to gain competitive advantage. Zuora serves more than 800 companies around the world in every industry. The Subscription Economy Index (SEI) demonstrates that SEI companies are growing revenues approximately nine times faster than the S&P 500. Headquartered in Silicon Valley, Zuora also operates offices in Atlanta, Boston, Denver, San Francisco, San Jose, London, Paris, Beijing, Sydney and Tokyo.
Zuora RevPro is the leading revenue recognition and forecasting solution, with a proven track record of more than $250 billion in revenue under management. RevPro’s rules-based engine automates even the mostcomplex revenue processes to produce consistent and accurate revenue data quickly and easily. It integrates with any ERP – or works as a stand-alone solution – and is deployed under a convenient on-cloud model. And, in an industry guided by ever-evolving standards, it’s reassuring to know RevPro complies with both current and future U.S.GAAP guidance.
The Strategic Engagement Manager’s primary mission will be to oversee enterprise level RevPro implementations deployed within the context of larger technical solutions. You will leverage your strong communication and relationship building skills to map, build and maintain stakeholder relationships, as well as integrate and coordinate enterprise project plans from 3rd party implementation partners.
Your demonstrated experience as a Project Leader or Manager, working at the enterprise level to deliver multiple moderate to complex solutions, will enable you to successfully drive the engagement team, and monitor project quality, risk and performance for all RevPro implementations. You will be responsible for managing the buy and sell financial metrics, responsible for pre-sales activities. You will ensure that the project remains on time, within budget and meets the customer expectation.
Because you already have experience integrating and implementing Enterprise software systems and are proficient with SalesForce or Order to cash systems, you will be able to start performing on day one. Your love for multi-tasking will prove useful as you will be responsible for managing the project plans and leading the implementations for multiple projects at a time. Successful EMs at Zuora RevPro have a healthy sense of risk and are able to proactively manage risk prior to failure.
