As our Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will lead the ongoing development of our Salesforce Platform. You will collaborate with colleagues in Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and the wider organization to develop and deploy new business processes. You will be responsible for solutioning and developing new products and features, executing configuration changes, providing third level support, and driving the improvement of our Salesforce ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can translate requirements into solutions and work closely with stakeholders and team members.
The value you add:

  • Own the technical architecture of Salesforce Ecosystem, designing and implementing high-value solutions and refinements for our Sales and Operations teams
  • Providing depth of expertise to the organization on all technical aspects of the Salesforce platform including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components etc.
  • Functional knowledge to coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests by collaborating closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Manage the integration with our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics) and work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and the external partners on maintenance and design improvements.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to support comprehensive data needs for the Company including dashboarding within Salesforce and integration with complementary data warehousing and visualization tools (Snowflake, PowerBI).
  • Manage the system integration of existing Salesforce modules (Salesforce CPQ) and complementary tools and add-ons (Groove, Showpad, Xactly) and pro-actively suggest and implement new solutions to best fit the growing needs of the Company.
  • Work with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Talent Management to establish and consult on suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
  • Assist in training of new users in the navigation of and familiarity with our Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Resolution of high priority End User issues and operational requests through our Service Desk platform (Jira).
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems, by analyzing different solutions and choosing the best scalable fit.
  • Create, manage and update support documentations related to our Salesforce architecture.


Requirements
Skills required:

  • Ability to easily understand and assess business requests.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on the CRM and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize simultaneous requests.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen and drive to fully understand the business logic behind all processes in Salesforce.
  • Perfect command of English.


Experience required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Salesforce Administrator & Salesforce Administrator Advanced certifications.
  • Security Model & Permissions
  • Salesforce Flow
  • Preferably an experience with JIRA, Marketing Automation Tools, Salesforce CPQ.
  • Experience in supporting B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS or Healthcare industry.
  • Proven ability to lead the technical implementation of new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, validation rules, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and functionality.
  • Strong data management abilities.
  • Consistent track record of successfully driving projects to completion.
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred.
