Senior Manager Financial Planning and Analysis
Atlassian is seeking an Senior Manager to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team (FP&A). In this visible position, you'll oversee the consolidation and reporting of $1B of quarterly spend as well as drive Finance optimization. You will partner directly with FP&A and finance leaders and drive value with a particular focus on leading the FP&A operations planning and monthly/quarterly forecasting processes
Compensation

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $162,500 - $216,600
Zone B: $146,200 - $194,900
Zone C: $134,800 - $179,800
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

- Facilitate finance optimization efforts to enhance financial planning effectiveness and efficiency.
- Own and drive FP&A Operations' planning processes including monthly outlooks, Risks & Opportunities, quarterly rolling forecasts and long-range planning.
- Serve as the liaison between FP&A Operations team and other finance functions to manage the month end, quarter end and year end calendar and processes
- Provide monthly and quarterly reporting that is succinct, consistent & insightful, providing leaders with the insights they need to drive financial results.
- Own, lead and manage finance initiatives / projects end to end, working cross-functionally with various business partners in procurement, accounting and finance teams.
- Take a leadership role in ad-hoc projects like driving efficiency of spend so that we are in line with best in class software companies.
- Ability to prioritize objectives in a fast-paced environment to ensure key deliverables are met in a timely manner
- Experience with simultaneously managing multiple business stakeholders' budgets
