Overview:

We're looking for an experienced software developer to build tools that will help us manage our rider data, partner interactions, and activity on our fleet of thousands of bicycles.

Responsibilities

• You'll be initially working on web-based tools, building new functionality in a React framework making server API calls.
• You'll be expected to have or develop some experience with Node and MongoDB in order to understand and assist with server-side work as necessary to enable front-end functionality.
• There will be some maintenance and work toward replacing MeteorJS-based front-end apps as we phase those out in favor of new things you'll build.
• You may be asked to leverage your growing experience in React to help out with a React-Native mobile app.
• We're a rapidly growing startup with plenty of things we want to accomplish, so you'll be able to set some of your own direction and work on new and interesting things.

Qualifications

• Experience building modern web applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Experience with a JavaScript UI library (React or similar)
• Familiarity with computer science concepts such as algorithmic complexity, interacting with databases, and functional programming.
• Strong focus on quality and maintainability of code
