Responsibilities:
- Serve as team administrator for a highly customized instance of Salesforce.com. Work with end users to resolve system-related questions.
- Provide Salesforce.com administration and operational support including user and security management, hierarchies, roles, data import and management, view creation and administration, and more.
- Create and manage custom objects, workflows, page layouts and fields within Salesforce.com.
- Support various departments by importing and managing data in Salesforce.com using wizards, the Salesforce.com Data Loader, and other tools.
- Manage the integrations of applications connected to Salesforce.
- Manage Salesforce.com data to maintain a high level of accuracy and continue to improve upon the existing data.
- Working with a Salesforce.com Development resource, implement new functionality and applications within the CRM and communicate updates properly.
- Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce a plus with the flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
- Analyze existing processes and make recommendations to better streamline processes within the CRM.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of Salesforce.com CRM administration and operational support, including using Process Builder and Data Loader.
- Certified Salesforce.com Administrator accreditation a major plus
- Familiarity with Apex, SOQL and Visualforce
- Familiarity with relational databases and related concepts a major plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and managed, exceptional follow-through
- Strong problem-solving and analysis skills
- Experience transitioning from Salesforce.com Classic to Lightening a plus
- Experience transitioning to Salesforce CPQ a plus
