Vice President of Sales
We are seeking Vice President of Sales to join our team! We are a product development and software services company with cutting edge technologies. We are looking for you to strategically develop our sales within the US, expand our customer base globally. You will report directly to the CEO
We are looking for:
- Leader with entrepreneurial mindset, simply to make things happen
- Create and execute National Strategy for Sales and Revenue growth
- A Superstar personality with performance in the top 15% consistently, with a proven track record
- Achieve at least $2MM in booking
- Implement end-to-end sales process; a funnel – Prospect Planning and Execution
- Ability to understand customer challenges and propose solutions with the help of tech and strategy teams
- Work closely with the solutions team and delivery organization to craft realistic and winning projects
- Implement a consistent Sales Process
- Engage with Marketing and Development teams
- Build relationships with existing customers
- Recruit a new Sales Team
- Travel – 20 - 40%
- Minimum 5-7 years of previous experience in information technology services company
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, MBA
- Have experience outsourcing companies with on-site/off shore development models
