Summary of Position:

The TAM is the expert that interacts heavily with customers to drive progress with the adoption of Onapsis software solutions across the various organizations in a customer that touch the software including;  SAP Security, InfoSec, Compliance, and Audit. The TAM is expected to have the Security depth and breadth as well as the Consultative background to confidently interact with customers to execute best practices to increase the customer’s overall security awareness and effectiveness through Onapsis software solution execution.  The TAM is responsible for the continued adoption and expansion of customers assigned to him or her. In addition to working internally to remove barriers to customer progress.  

Required Experience:

  • 2 plus years in an equivalent role in a cybersecurity software business
  • 5 plus years experience in a consulting or presales role in the cybersecurity industry 
  • Enterprise SIM experience is desirable
  • ERP experience (SAP, Oracle or other business systems is a plus)
  • Enterprise security experience from either a product vendor or a security consultancy that spans security standards, emerging reporting standards used by CISOs
  • Experience presenting to C level customers to guide the customer on how to best employ and execute security methods, tools or technologies to maximize the organization’s security effectiveness
  • Experience working across functional teams both with a customer as well as internally to build consensus and to drive progress on initiatives
  • Experience onsite driving customer progress and adoption
  • Ability and experience with security organization operations, workflow and vulnerability management 
  • Experience in an early to a mid-stage security software company is a plus

  • U.S East Coast
  • EAST of the Mississippi

Travel

  • Ability to travel at the 50% level is expected
