Position Overview:

Quick Base is looking for exceptional Strategic Sales Associates that thrive in an exciting and dynamic environment. In this role you will partner with the strategic account team to identify, advance and close opportunities within a collection of key accounts. This is your opportunity to identify critical business challenges within large organizations and position the value of the Quick Base platform.


Responsibilities:

· Work collaboratively with a Field Sales counterpart to grow a geographic territory of current and prospective accounts in our Strategic Sales segment to exceed sales quotas

· Execute a consultative sales strategy to identify, develop, and close Net New or Customer expansion opportunities

· Work with existing customers to proactively identify plan upgrade and expansion opportunities

· Work effectively in a collaborative team selling environment, partnering with field sales, channel partners and solutions consultants

· Maintain accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

· 2+ years of technology/software sales experience preferred, with at least 1 year in a closing role

· Demonstrated ability to solution sell, identifying customers' needs and aligning your product to their desired business outcomes

· Eager to learn and have a passion for technology

· Proven ability to independently discover, develop, manage, and close new client relationships

· Energized by working in a highly collaborative and energizing environment

· Experience actively managing and cultivating a sales pipeline, including multiple opportunities at various stages

· Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, including CRM hygiene and pipeline management

· BA or BS preferred but not required
