What you’ll do:

  • Develop and manage a large buyer program - create and deepen relationships with existing large buyers, past large buyers, and hunt for new large buyers.
  • Identify growth opportunities based on company strategic initiatives and customer growth goals.
  • Drive complex, analytical and consultative projects to deliver ROI to partners.
  • Consultatively earn the support of multiple c-level decision makers
  • Partner with account managers to ensure the daily needs of strategic accounts are met
  • Works cross functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and with APM Business Manager & Sales Manager to design solutions
  • Become a Buildium and APM expert and an expert in property management domain knowledge
  • Understand All Property Management sales and account management processes
  • Maintain high levels of sales activities by being organized and holding yourself accountable

What we’ll do:

  • Provide organizational support to help you become a product expert
  • Deliver a servant leadership culture focused on helping you develop and progress as a sales professional
  • Create a team that is intellectually curious, dedicated, and has a willingness to get the job done

What you’ll need:

  • 4-6+ years of solution design & selling experience
  • Proven ability to upsell to existing customer base
  • Strong ability and proven track-record of sourcing and closing your own pipeline
  • Superb people/collaboration skills -- able to prioritize and work cross-functionally across multiple teams, build trust and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient analytical and excellent presentation skills -- analyze multiple sources of data, and present in a concise and compelling manner
  • Executive presence; ability to communicate at the most senior level
  • An intellectual curiosity that inspires interest in product capabilities and domain knowledge
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in business management
  • Willing to travel
