The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce.com (SFDC) Service Cloud. In collaboration with the Lead Salesforce Administrator, you will help define, prioritize, guide, and implement comprehensive solutions, pay down technical debt, and spearhead changes to improve the scalability of our SFDC implementation. In this role you will work closely with customer service, sales, marketing, and information technology teams.

What we look for:

• Day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and support directly for the Service cloud and Support portal for our rapidly-growing cloud Community - both on-site and in remote locations
• Frequent communication with department stakeholders to understand ongoing departmental initiatives and priorities
• Conduct process evaluation, data analysis and documentation of requirements for current business workflows
• Work closely with Lead Salesforce Administrator to prioritize, design, optimize and implement processes to support business operations and enhancements
• Help to identify and resolve errors, and enforce standards for SFDC best practices
• Support configuration of Salesforce App Store applications and Salesforce Plug-ins

In this role you will:

• 5+ years of experience working with SFDC as an Administrator
• Experience configuring Service Cloud and Salesforce best practices
• Familiarity with Supporting integrations with proprietary systems
• Familiarity with declarative Salesforce automation tools, including Flow and Process Builder
• Familiarity with Using Standard Objects such as Cases, Assets, Knowledge, etc. 
• Familiarity with change management and sandbox architecture
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Start-up experience a plus
• Preference for experience with Partner Portal, Marketo and Sage
