Sales Professional
Madaket Health has developed a suite of solutions to remove administrative waste from healthcare. Current solutions include EDI Enrollment and Payer Enrollment (Credentialing) - and we’re looking to expand into new service areas quickly. Our solutions address complex administrative processes at the core of the business of providing healthcare. We’re looking for the sales professional comfortable working with CFOs, and COOs to both understand their current concerns, inform them of inefficiencies lurking in their business, and plan for the future.
We are located in Cambridge, MA right in the middle of Harvard Square. We’d like you there but will consider alternate locations for the right sales professional
Responsibilities and duties of the successful candidate:
Maintain comprehensive understanding of healthcare industry segments served
Keep abreast of developments in the market from multiple perspectives: provider, payer, clearinghouse, RCM service provider
Evaluate potential client’s strategy, position in the healthcare ecosystem, current and future concerns given shifts in healthcare
Conversational familiarity with core healthcare IT concepts from RCM/administrative perspective: upstream and downstream from electronic transactions: EDI, ERA, EFT
Develop understanding of potential clients operational frustrations with RCM
Match Madaket’s solutions and proposed value drivers to client concerns
Demo and sell Madaket’s EDI Enrollment, Payer Enrollment (Credentialing) solution suite
Develop relationships with targeted prospect list into customers; generate new leads
Maintain sales pipeline and sales forecasts
Manage (matrix) sales support team through the process of customer acquisition and onboarding
Ability to navigate business processes and legal requirements to negotiate contracts
Consistent success exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
Passionate about being a sophisticated, polished, sales professional. Student of your craft.
Conversational familiarity with core healthcare IT concepts from RCM/administrative perspective: upstream and downstream from electronic transactions: EDI, ERA, EFT
Experience selling SaaS solutions – preferably to healthcare enterprise (payer, provider, RCM, clearinghouse)
Consultative approach, self-starter, develop custom sales materials to match potential clients
Demonstrate ability to shorten the sales cycle by knowing how to close
Proficient with sales cycle and SFDC tools
Ability to travel as needed
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Comfortable in the C-Suite and on the front-line
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Start-up, early-stage, high-growth healthcare IT experience strongly preferred
Proven 5+ years of exceeding quota
