Sales Order Administrator at Markforged
The goal of the Sales Order team is to provide excellent customer service and process orders efficiently and accurately. Order processing is fundamental to our success as a company, and the Sales Order team plays a crucial role in Markforged’s success. We are a team of problem-solvers, where all challenges are met with enthusiasm and open minds.

- Provide support and assistance to the Markforged Sales Team
- Process Sales Orders across systems in a timely manner
- Check data accuracy on all orders and invoices
- Contact partners to obtain missing information on orders
- Serve as a primary liaison with operations team to ensure timely deliveries
- Work with sales team to prioritize, triaged orders and maintain printer priority list and deadlines
- Handle shipping inquiries
- Resolve booking issues with Operations and Finance
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Communicate between sales, partners, and finance for refunds, credits, etc.
- Onboard new resellers to our systems
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Manage various sales oriented processes such as NDAs and Software as a Service

What you have:- 1+ years experience, minimum, as an Order Admin/Data Entry Admin, or Customer Service Representative
- Team player that works collaboratively with others
- Acute attention to detail
- Roll-up your sleeves attitude
- Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
- Familiarity with WooCommerce a plus
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- College degree preferred
