Sales Operations Coordinator - Deal Desk Team

The Sales Operations Coordinator will provide operational deal review and registration support for our fast-moving sales organization. You'll work in collaboration with members of the sales team (local and remote) and the business development, marketing and finance teams.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
Provide quote support to sales for both new and add on deals as well as renewal quoting and product upgrades and/or swaps
Maintain data integrity within Salesforce.com (i.e. updating ownership, managing duplicates, missing data, etc.)
Provide Deal Processing support
Understand and provide guidance for quoting and deal processing
You'll understand the overall customer status
Assist in the processing of Territory Management changes within Salesforce
Understand Company reporting requirements
Provide support in creation and upkeep of training and process collateral
Be able to support special deal requests such as Secureworks, IBM and other ad hoc requests for quoting or deal structure
Assist with CPQ improvements
Serve as liaison between Sales, Finance, Professional Services and legal for any non-standard contract language as needed
Understanding of company pricing best practice
- 1-2 years of experience in a high volume Sales Operations/Sales Support role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com
- SaaS or High Tech industry experience
- Experience with Deal Review and Registration
- Experience Partnering with the greater sales org
