A bit about the role:

Sales is one of the most critical functions in our organization. Our sales team is often the face of our organization and an essential part of the core member experience. The success of our sales team will be a fundamental differentiator in our ability to meet key company goals over the next decade.

As a key member of our sales operations team, the associate will play a crucial role in supporting all sales channels and helping act as a liaison between our sales team and other parts of the organization. The ideal associate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy and will have a roll-up their sleeves mentality. Additionally, you should have a desire to learn and take on more responsibility as you and your role evolves with Devoted. We’re looking for a strong communicator, someone that feels comfortable speaking with agents, brokers, and business partners.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Work on managing multiple projects simultaneously and facilitating input from key stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties such as sales compensation, sales reporting and sales forecasting
  • Modeling commissions calculations and completing ongoing reconciliation audits to verify accuracy
  • Serve as the point person for all compensation related questions from agents/brokers and external partners
  • Exercise discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Communicating effectively to resolve issues, inquiries, and concerns from agents/brokers, external partners, and system vendors

  • Strong attention to detail, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous process improvements
  • Ability to balance multiple initiatives and prioritize workload
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and strong ability to problem solve
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Outlook, Word,Excel and PowerPoint
  • Perform any other job related duties as requested

Desired skills and experience:

  • 2-5 years in a project management role
  • Basic data manipulation, analytics, or SQL experience preferred but not required
  • Previous Healthcare experience, especially in the Medicare Advantage segment
  • Commitment to agent/broker support- they like to ask questions
